We are pleased to offer free shipping! All orders are prepared and dispatched from our warehouse. Please note that, during public holidays y sale/promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Order processing

We process orders Monday to Friday.

Orders are prepared within 3 to 10 working days from the purchase date.

Once prepared, the order is dispatched the next working day.

We do not dispatch on weekends.
Changes and cancellations
Once the order has been placed, we cannot cancel it. If you need to modify delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, it will no longer be possible to make changes.
When will I receive my order?
After your purchase, allow between 1 and 3 working days for initial processing. From then on, delivery time will depend on your location.
